本系统由原料仓、真空上料系统、皮带输送机、蓄料仓、皮带秤、失重式加料机、连续干混机组成。用于干粉、颗粒物料的连续输送、连续计量配料、连续混合。

通过选装的工业4.0卡将显示与控制置于云端，进行大数据管理。实现通过电子终端(手机、平板、远程电脑)对生产状态实时的监视、控制、远程调试、远程诊断。

连续喂料精准，其精度可达0.2%-0.5%;

环境友好，选配除尘设备，防止粉尘飞扬;连续生产,产量大,可达15T/H;

立式布局，占地面积小;混合效果好，可连续将比例为5:995的物料混合均匀;

操作简单，一个系统对喂料总量及配比进行管理，一键启停。
